Dr. Anna Keene
Dr. Anna Evans Keene attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on the prestigious Morehead Scholarship, where she was also a four-year starter for the varsity softball team, earning All-Conference honors her sophomore season. Dr. Keene remained in Chapel Hill and attended the UNC School of Dentistry where she graduated in 2011 with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). Following dental school, Dr. Keene completed a post-graduate residency for Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. She continues to attend multiple continuing education events each year and is active in her local study club.
Dr. Keene is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending local high school, college, and professional events. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and three children, Connor, Skylar, and Levi.
Dr. Keene initially purchased the practice in 2015 after working as an associate dentist in the practice for three years. Now Apex Family Dentistry, she continues to provide quality, evidence-based care with a patient-centered approach. Dr Keene enjoys seeing patients of all ages and is excited to help patients achieve optimal oral health.

Dr. Nahal Miller
Dr. Nahal Miller was born on the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain, and lived in several countries before she settled as a teenager in the United States. She immediately felt attracted to the sciences and soon after fell in love with dentistry, partly through summer college programs. She attended the College of Charleston in SC, where she graduated with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Miller received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, also in Charleston, in 2004 and graduated cum laude. She completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of North Carolina in 2005, and began practicing in the area shortly afterward.
Dr. Miller believes in providing her patients with high quality dental care with compassion, a little bit of humor, and in a relaxed environment. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and getting to know them, and appreciates the patient being involved in decisions regarding their dental health. Dr. Miller spends her free time volunteering at Wake Smiles, where she also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. She is honored to be on the Advisory Committee for Wake Technical College Dental Assisting program. Dr. Miller loves traveling the world, cheering for the Clemson Tigers, and working out with her husband and favorite prankster, Trevor.
